Three generations on one hillside

We grow a few hectares of old vines on schist terraces above the river, and we make wine from them the slow way.

The estate began with a single terrace and a borrowed press. We still pick by hand and walk every row before harvest.

Slow in the cellar

Our reds rest eighteen months in old French oak and another year in bottle before they leave us. Nothing is hurried, nothing is added that the wine does not need.
